BCB 88 Terms & Conditions – Rules & Guidelines for Malaysia's Trusted Betting Platform

Use of the BCB 88 platform is subject to full acceptance of these terms and conditions without modification. The Company reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. To access BCB 88's full range of services, you are required to register a personal account. The registration requirements are as follows:

• You must be a real individual and not a corporate entity, company, or other legal body.
• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) BCB 88 account only.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• You are not located in a region or country where online gambling is prohibited.

BCB 88 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other suitable verification documents. All bets placed on BCB 88 are subject to the following general rules:

• In the event of a technical error during bet placement, BCB 88 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the wagered amount to your account.
• Odds and markets for Sports Betting are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed by the BCB 88 system.
• For local Malaysian sports betting (Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA Malaysia, badminton), the specific rules of the relevant sport apply as stated in the BCB 88 sports section.
• For Live Casino games (baccarat, poker, blackjack), the dealer's decision is final and based on video recordings. Any disputes will be referred to those recordings.
• For esports events (Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, CS2), official tournament organiser results are used as the basis for settling BCB 88 bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BCB 88 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Registering more than one BCB 88 account ("multi-accounting").
• Using false identity information or the identity of another person during registration.
• Match-fixing or colluding with any party to manipulate outcomes.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of any bugs or errors in the BCB 88 system.
• Money laundering or the financing of terrorism.
• Colluding with other players to abuse bonuses or exploit the BCB 88 system.
• Any form of violence, threats, or abusive language directed at BCB 88 staff.

BCB 88 employs advanced fraud detection technology and works with the relevant authorities to investigate and prosecute fraudulent activity. Any winnings obtained through prohibited means will not be paid out and will be forfeited in full.

BCB 88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 after that period).
• Account closure request initiated by the member.

If your account is closed for reasons that do not constitute a breach of BCB 88's terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days. If the closure is due to a terms violation, BCB 88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

BCB 88 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that services will be free from interruptions or errors. We will make every effort to maintain system uptime of above 99.5% per month.

BCB 88 takes our responsibility for the health and well-being of our members seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:
